Rayan Arroyo is a senior executive in Tri-Tachyon. He appears as part of the Galatia Academy mission chain, during which he becomes available as a High-importance military/trade contact.
Biography[]
Prior to the events of the game, Arroyo compromised corporate security to advance his career over a rival's. Anahita Baird took notice and used this information to blackmail the executive.[1]
One of the ways in which Baird used this leverage was to get Arroyo's help with the recovery of the Kallichore Archive, involving a hack into the Hegemony Ministry of Data Standards. He arranged for the player character to work with the hacker Gargoyle, who had done business with Arroyo in the past.[1]
Later, when the player was pursuing information on Project Ziggurat, Gargoyle recommended seeking Arroyo's assistance again. Arroyo agreed to provide information on the Tri-Tachyon engineer Kelise Astraia in return for a favor with a disinformation campaign, where the player would sell low-quality fake evidence implicating Arroyo in the Aztlan Relay hack to a suitable pirate boss.[2]
