Increases the ship's flux dissipation by 30/60/90/150, depending on hull size. Not as efficient as flux vents - most useful when added to a design that already carries the maximum possible number of vents.

S-mod: Increases flux dissipation by a further 10/20/30/50, making the distributor as efficient as adding vents.
