A heavily armoured and fast missile with good guidance and a small specialized anti-armor warhead.

The Breach SRM is a dedicated armor-stripping missile which deals additional 250 damage to armor which is not affected by armor. In other words each missile is guaranteed to reduce the target's armor by 250 in addition to the base 150 explosive damage it deals.
The Breach SRM has good range, speed and tracking, and is quite difficult to destroy with PD with individual missiles having almost as much HP as the Reaper-class Torpedo. However it is also very easy to stop with shields as the missiles deal only 150 base explosive damage.
Due to it's "Anti Armor" designation, AI or autofire generally will fire this missile only if there's a reasonable expectation to hit armor, such as vs overloaded enemy, or enemy close to overload.
